What are Some Disadvantages of a Manual Treadmill?

When the machine is new, you may find it to be a bit hard to exercise, as it will take some time to be able to loosen it up sufficiently enough that it will be able to roll smoothly when you walk on it. Until that time, however, you may notice that your muscles will get sorer quicker.
